World-renowned Zoological specialist Andy Beer is the Course Director for the DMZAA. Andy is also the Nutritionist for the Royal Zoological Society of Scotland, responsible for the nutritional needs of Edinburgh Zoo’s pandas and sits on numerous other influential groups in the zoo world. A recognised specialist in panda nutrition Andy is currently developing a bespoke keeper training course for China with Guangzhou Zoo (one of the three largest urban zoos in China) near Hong Kong the first in this region to sign up to the programme.
